1. Overview and Applicability

The Starzbet Sportsbook Rules govern all wagering conducted on the Starzbet platform. They apply to every End User who places bets on sporting events, markets and in‑play activity, and to all related features offered by Starzbet. Compliance with applicable law remains a condition of access and use of the Starzbet sportsbook.

2. Definitions

• End User — a natural person using the Starzbet sportsbook who has agreed to these Betting Rules.
• Bet — a conditional agreement between the End User and Starzbet on the outcome of an Event or Market, formed when the End User submits a stake and the bet is accepted by Starzbet.
• Stake — the amount of money paid to participate in a Bet.
• Event — a sports, e-sports or related competition offered for betting on the Starzbet platform.
• Market — a distinct betting category within an Event for a defined outcome.
• Odds — the multiplier applied to the Stake to determine Winnings.
• Winnings — the amount payable to the End User if the Bet is successful.
• Line — the odds and associated market data displayed by Starzbet at the time the Bet is placed.
• Organiser/Starzbet — the operator of the wagering service, responsible for bet acceptance, settlement and related decisions under these Rules.

3. Bet Acceptance and Validity

• Bet Timing — bets are accepted before the start of the Event, subject to live betting where permitted. Bets placed after an Event has commenced, except for Live Bets, are void unless the Rules allow otherwise.
• Confirmation — a Bet is valid only when explicitly confirmed as accepted in the betslip. After confirmation, the End User cannot amend or cancel the Bet.
• Information and Accuracy — Starzbet strives for accuracy but is not liable for errors in event data. In the event of typographical or obvious discrepancy in odds, Starzbet may correct or void the Bet in accordance with these Rules.
• Account Security — the End User is responsible for the confidentiality of their account details and for all Bets placed through their account.
• Prohibited Methods — automated systems or third‑party automation used to place Bets are prohibited and may result in Bet voiding or account sanctions.

4. Settlement, Void and Recalculation

• Void Bets — a Bet may be void if the outcome is known at the time of betting, if the Event is canceled or if the Bet is otherwise not determinable under the Rules.
• Discrepancies and Errors — bets may be voided or adjusted in cases of erroneous odds, data errors, or official score changes. In such cases, Starzbet reserves the right to determine settlement according to the applicable Rules and official sources.
• Recalculation Window — where a final result requires adjustment based on an official source, Starzbet may recalculate the Bet within ten (10) days after the end of the Event. After that period, no claims for recalculation will be accepted.
• Score Corrections and Post‑Event Adjustments — if an Event undergoes official adjustment or replay, Bet settlement will follow the official result, subject to the above provisions.

5. Bet Types and Accumulation

• Single — a bet on a single selection within a single Event. Winnings = Stake × Odds if correct.
• Express (Combo) — a bet on multiple independent selections; all selections must win for a payout. Winnings are calculated by multiplying the odds of all included selections by the Stake.
• System — a set of multiple combinations derived from a fixed selection of outcomes. The total stake is distributed across the component Expresses, and winnings are generated from the successful Expresses.
• Specialty Bets — Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian (Super Yankee), Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath and related structures; each combines multiple matches and provides defined Expresses with corresponding payouts.
• Early Payout — a discretionary feature allowing settlement as a winner before final Event completion when predefined conditions are met. Availability and terms vary by event and market.
• Cash Out — early settlement of a Bet (Single or Combo) at Starzbet’s discretion, subject to live status, market rules, and technical availability.
• Bet Builder — a tool enabling multiple Markets within a single Event; all selections must win for a payout, and the feature may be limited to specific events at Starzbet’s sole discretion.

6. Live Betting and In‑Play Conditions

• Live Odds — odds displayed for Live Bets adjust in real time to reflect on‑going play and may fluctuate until acceptance. Bets are settled based on the live data and Starzbet’s statistical determinations.
• Live Settlement — bets on outcomes determined during play are settled as soon as the result becomes ascertainable from Starzbet’s data feed. Bets on non‑participating players may be voided in Live Bets.
• Claims Window — claims related to Live Bets must be made within twenty‑four (24) hours after the start of the Event, unless the Rules specify otherwise.
• Interruption — if a Live Event is suspended or not completed within forty‑eight (48) hours, bets settled up to the interruption may be treated in accordance with the standard settlement rules or as otherwise determined by Starzbet.

7. Market Types and Coverage

• Match Result (1X2) — Home win, Draw, or Away win.
• Draw No Bet — Bet on a team to win, with stake returned on a draw.
• Handicap and Asian Handicap — bets incorporating a goal/point advantage or disadvantage, with split stakes possible under Asian Handicap rules.
• Over/Under — betting on the total number of goals/points to exceed or fall short of a reference line.
• Correct Score — predicting the exact final score.
• Half Time / Full Time and other time‑segmented markets.
• Prop and Special Markets — markets based on specific events within the match (e.g., scorers, corners, cards) as offered for the Event.

8. Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum bet across all Events is 0.50 USD. Maximum bets per Event are set by Starzbet for each market and may change without prior notice. Starzbet may impose additional restrictions on bet size, or limit, decline or cancel bets on the same or related outcomes without explanation.

9. Cash Out and Early Settlement

• Cash Out — available for certain Singles and Combos, subject to availability, market type and technical conditions. The option may be suspended or withdrawn without notice.
• Early Settlement — Early Payout and related features are discretionary and may be modified or removed at any time. When applied, Early Payout settlements are final for the qualifying selections as described in the offer.

10. Postponement, Interruption and Replay

• Postponement — if a scheduled match is postponed for more than 48 hours, bets on the affected markets may be settled at odds of 1.00 or as otherwise dictated by the official result.
• Replay/Continuation — if a match is interrupted and resumed within the permitted window, bets remain valid and are settled on the final result; otherwise, bets may be voided or settled according to the scores at interruption and the applicable market rules.

11. Disqualification, Fair Play and Liability

• Disqualification — if a player or team is disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct or misconduct, bets on that match may be settled at odds of 1.00. Similar considerations apply to violations of competition rules.
• Unfair Play — suspected cheating, fraud, or collusion may lead to bet voiding, forfeiture, or account sanctions as determined by Starzbet.
• Official Sources — Starzbet may rely on official sources to determine results and may adjust settlements accordingly within the permissible window.

12. Rights, Restrictions and Data

• Right to Refuse Bets — Starzbet reserves the right to refuse to accept any Bet or to close or suspend accounts without prior notice and with or without explanation.
• Data and Market Availability — offerings and data sources may vary by jurisdiction and may be restricted by law. Where conflicts arise, Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, and Sport Rules take precedence over General Rules in the order stated.
• Account Integrity — users may not share accounts or use automated systems. Starzbet may monitor and restrict activity to protect wagering integrity.
• Changes to Format — the Organiser may change the format or schedule of events, lines and markets; bets placed prior to changes remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of placement.

13. Consumer Responsibilities and Security

• Correct Details — End Users are responsible for the accuracy of their Bet selections and account information.
• Record Keeping — End Users may review bets in the My Bets section to confirm acceptance and results.
• Compliance — use of Starzbet services must comply with applicable law and these Rules at all times; breach may result in suspension, voiding of bets, or account termination.
