Bonus Terms & Conditions
Scope and applicability
These Bonus Terms apply to all bonus offers, free spins, cashback, deposit bonuses and any promotional incentive provided by Starzbet through the Website, newsletters, SMS and on-site notifications. They supplement the general Terms and Conditions of Starzbet. In the event of a conflict, these Bonus Terms govern bonus-specific matters.
Eligibility and identity verification
Participation in any bonus is limited to players who are eligible to gamble under applicable law and who have an active Starzbet account that is in good standing. The Company may request identity, age and address verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in withholding or reversal of bonuses and related winnings.
One bonus per person and per account
Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, residential address, email address, telephone number, IP address and payment method. The Company may suspend or cancel bonuses if it determines multiple accounts exist or bonuses have been obtained in violation of these terms.
Activation and opt‑in
To qualify for a bonus, players must opt in where required and, for welcome offers, select the desired bonus in the Wallet area before making a deposit. Only after the chosen offer is activated may a deposit be credited with the associated bonus benefits.
Wagering requirements
Wagering on active bonuses must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is forty (40) times the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed on eligible games within the promotion’s validity period. Real money bets are applied to the balance first; bonus funds are used only after real money is exhausted for the active bonus.
- Wagering contributions: Slots contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering; table games and video poker contribute a reduced percentage (as specified in the specific offer); roulette and several other categories contribute minimally or not at all unless stated otherwise.
- Only fully settled bets count toward wagering requirements.
Bonuses may not be used to wager on prohibited games or activities as defined in the promotion’s individual terms. The Company reserves the right to disallow wagering from bonus funds on certain games or to reweight contributions at its sole discretion.
Exclusions and eligible games
Some games are excluded from bonus wagering, including, by way of example, progressive jackpot games, certain high‑volatility slots, and bonus‑buy (feature buy) slots. The current eligible games for bonus wagering are listed in the Bonus Wagering category within the site, and the Company may update this list from time to time without notice.
Bonus duration and expiry
Bonuses are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date they are credited to the player’s betting account, unless the promotion terms specify a different period. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be void and removed from the account.
Auto‑cancellation and balance thresholds
Active bonus balances are automatically cancelled when the bonus balance falls to €0.05 or less (or the equivalent in another currency). This automatic cancellation also applies to any associated winnings tied to the failed wagering.
Withdrawals and balance handling
If a player withdraws funds before completing wagering requirements, the bonus amount, any winnings derived from the bonus and any wagered amount may be deducted from the overall balance. Only after all wagering requirements are met may the bonus funds be transferred to the real balance and subsequently withdrawn, subject to any other withdrawal conditions.
No deposit bonuses
No deposit offers exist as a separate bonus category. The maximum payout from any No Deposit Bonus (including related free spins or free bets) is €150. No Deposit winnings and any associated bonuses may be subject to additional verification (KYC) prior to payout. Some jurisdictions may be restricted from receiving No Deposit offers; the specific country restrictions apply to each promotion.
Welcome package terms
The Welcome Package comprises four deposit bonuses available on the first four qualifying deposits. To participate, opt in in the Wallet and then proceed with the deposit. The components are as follows:
- First deposit: 100% bonus up to €500 plus 180 Free Spins. Free Spins are granted as 20 per day for nine days (total 180 spins). The first 20 spins are credited immediately after a successful deposit; subsequent sets are delivered once per 24 hours for the next eight days.
- Second deposit: 125% bonus up to €300.
- Third deposit: 75% bonus up to €300.
- Fourth deposit: 100% bonus up to €400 plus 60 Free Spins. Free Spins are granted as 20 per day for three days (total 60 spins). The first 20 spins are credited immediately after the deposit; the remaining spins are issued in equal daily portions over the next two days.
Wagering requirements for Welcome Package bonuses follow the standard 40x bonus amount, with the same game‑contribution rules described above. Free Spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as the accompanying bonus balance unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
Abuse, fraud and account integrity
The Company prohibits bonus abuse, collusion, and any activity designed to exploit promotions. Examples of prohibited conduct include multi‑account creation, delaying gameplay to meet wagering requirements, using betting systems to systematically crest value, and any activity that the Company reasonably deems abusive. Upon detection, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited, and the account may be closed in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions.
Territory restrictions
The Company reserves the right to restrict or exclude participation from certain jurisdictions. Bonus availability varies by country and offer; players must ensure their country is eligible for the specific promotion before claiming.
Modifications, notifications and governing law
Starzbet reserves the right to modify or terminate bonus offers at any time, and to amend these Bonus Terms where reasonably necessary. When feasible, substantial changes will be communicated to eligible players. These terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction of Starzbet’s operation.
